A Message From The Bristol Hotel

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

  • Our Lobby is set up to assist you with maintaining social distancing.
  • Registration is paperless and does not require any exchanging of paper with the exception of your room keys and a letter outlining our additional measures during the COVID-19 situation. For your convenience, we have added additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the lobby.
  • We are following the CDC recommendations to protect ourselves and others including:

- Washing hands often
- Avoiding close contact
- Covering mouths and nose when unable to maintain social distancing
- Covering coughs and sneezes
- Constant cleaning and disinfecting 

  • Housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay. If you are in need of any toiletries or linen, please call the front desk and we will deliver the items to your door. If you are staying with us for an extended period of time, please contact the Front Desk to coordinate a scheduled time of cleaning services.
  • We have increased our frequency of public areas cleaning with an emphasis on high touch surface areas items such as water fountains, door handles, countertops and elevator buttons.
  • We have two elevators and are allowing only one person/party in elevators at a time.
  • We have removed certain items from guest rooms to help reduce the chance of spreading the virus: decorative pillows, bed throws, desk blotter, hairdryer bag, laundry bags and robes. If we can provide any of these items during your stay please don’t hesitate to reach out.
  • Lumac Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is now open. See below for current hours of operation:

- Breakfast 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Lunch 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner  4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Bar will be open for extended hours on weekends

  • Our Fitness Center is currently closed for everyone’s safety.

        • For a full refund, please cancel 48 hours before arrival date.*
        • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
