Cancellation Policy
Most reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours a penalty of the first night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. For special events, the cancellation window may be greater than 48 hours, please check with the hotel for details.

Deposit Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm the reservation.  For special events, reservations require a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. The deposit will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking. If reservation is canceled inside of the cancellation period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pet Policy
The Bristol Hotel offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms for our guests, for an additional $75 per animal per stay. To book a pet-friendly room please contact the hotel or book directly on our website and select Add A Pet when providing your details. 

Credit Card Policy
All reservations require a credit card to authorize for Room, Tax and $50 for incidental charges upon arrival. When you check out you can change your form of payment, however, a credit card is needed to check in.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Do you offer parking?
Yes, there is free street parking and a free public parking lot in front of the hotel.

Do you allow smoking on property?
All rooms and guest areas are Non-Smoking. There is a smoking section on the rooftop.
